SUMMARY:Land Use Walking Tour
DESCRIPTION:This tour will last approximately 2 hours and will inform us about how the Land Use Code will impact our neighborhood.  A City Planner will be guiding us on a walking tour\, and our City Councilmember Susan Gutwosky will also join us.   As part of this tour\, we can explore questions such as\, “Would the new Land Use Code allow a developer to buy 2 homes\, tear them down\, and build multi family housing?”  “What are accessory units?”   Feedback gathered during these community conversations will be used to inform housing-related updates to the Land Use Code that will be presented to Fort Collins City Council in late summer 2023. \nA reservation is required.  Please RSVP at https://forms.gle/mWzyfZRs1CqyqEMw5 or to Robbie Moreland at  moreland01@gmail.com \nWe need to have a minimum of 10 people\, and participation is limited to 20 people. \nMeet at Morelands\, 1719 Sagewood Dr.
