Our History
The Parkwood East neighborhood joined the Sustainable Neighborhoods Program in March 2019 as one of Fort Collins’ pilot neighborhoods. The purpose of this initiative is to build community through organizing workshops, projects and events that enhance the livability of our neighborhood and reduce our ecological footprint. The five goal areas are water, air, land, energy and people.
