Land Use Walking Tour

This tour will last approximately 2 hours and will inform us about how the Land Use Code will impact our neighborhood. A City Planner will be guiding us on a walking tour, and our City Councilmember Susan Gutwosky will also join us. As part of this tour, we can explore questions such as, “Would the new Land Use Code allow a developer to buy 2 homes, tear them down, and build multi family housing?” “What are accessory units?” Feedback gathered during these community conversations will be used to inform housing-related updates to the Land Use Code that will be presented to Fort Collins City Council in late summer 2023.
